LLAMADO A CONCURSO                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     

El Instituto de Filosofía de la Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile llama a Concurso Internacional de antecedentes para llenar dos cargos de Profesor Asistente adjunto de jornada completa (44 hrs.), a partir del 1° de marzo del 2018. El perfil de los cargos es de carácter docente. Una de las plazas será en el área de ética y antropología filosófica y la otra en el área de ética aplicada. 

Carga docente:cuatro cursos por semestre.

REQUISITOS 

·         Doctorado en Filosofía.

·         Formación y experiencia en el área de la plaza a la que postula.

·         Dominio del español.

·         Identificación con los valores y la misión de la Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.

·         Carta de presentación detallando las cualificaciones relevantes para el cargo.

·         Curriculum Vitae.

·         Copia del certificado del título de Doctor.

FACULTY POSITION ANNOUNCEMENT

The Institute of Philosophy at the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile invites applications for two full-time assistant teaching professorships in Philosophy beginning March 1, 2018. One of these positions is in the area of ethics and philosophical anthropology and the other in the area of applied ethics. Please note that these are permanent and teaching-only positions.  

Teaching load: four courses per semester.

 REQUIREMENTS 

·         PhD in Philosophy.

·         Expertise and teaching experience in one of the areas of the position selected.

·         Fluency in Spanish.

·         Identification with the values and mission of a Catholic University.
